General Policies

To help keep things more fun at MJR, we ask that all guests agree to follow the policies below: 

• No talking, texting or the use of any devices with a screen or light during the feature presentation.
• No running or jumping across aisles or down staircases.
• Guests are required to sit in their assigned seat if applicable, and must provide proof of purchase upon request.
• Guests may not record, by any means, content or a portion thereof which is protected by Copyright law; including all content displayed on-screen at all times.
• No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the theater other than water.
• Guests over the age of 12 are not permitted to wear Masks. Costumes may be worn by guests of all ages but must be family friendly and film-related.
• For the safety of all guests, weapons both real and fake are not permitted on the premises.
• Car seats, strollers, skateboards, motorycle helmets, or like items are not permitted inside the auditoriums. 
• Backpacks, large bags, or packages are not permitted inside the auditoriums. These types of items, including some purses and/or diaper bags are subject to search. 
• MJR is not responsible for lost, stolen, or recovered personal items. 

Age Policies

• Children under 2 are free if held by a guardian. If the child requires a separate seat, a ticket must be purchased
• Children 6 & under are not permitted into ‘R’ rated features at any time
• Children 6 & under are not permitted into ‘PG-13’ rated features after 6:00PM (Exceptions may be provided for Family films that are rated PG-13)
• Minors under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at least 21 years of age for ‘R’ rated features

MJR Private Screening Policies

• Film starts promptly at showtime and may not be restarted or paused.
• Changes to booking or cancelation must be made no later than 7-business days in advance.
